Translator’s Commitment

D.J. Solomon, as the translator of this version of
Xen, commits to give ten
percent (10%) of all proceeds generated by this work, in any capacity, after
expenses, and before taxes, for his lifetime, to four (4) charities, the gifts to
be made annually, the first bequests marking the one year anniversary of the
publication, November 2004, upon timely audit.  Confirmation of this will be
available from the accounting firm, upon SASE request to the publisher.  
Charities sharing some of
Xen’s tenets may apply for funding by contacting
the publisher, for further information.
Dr. Solomon has awarded $2500 to sponsor the 2007 annual fundraiser this
September for
Teachers Against Prejudice, $250 in support of the 2007
Animal Acres fall gala, and has so far awarded $3700 in the Xen Literary
Scholarships.  For 2008, he has pledged up to $6750 for scholarship grants
to high school and college students. Other grants are available for institutions
or organizations for 2008.  Students interested in funding for college or other
endeavors are encouraged to apply to the
Xen Literary Scholarships.
